  1. Maybe you should fit a Radar for those barriers that seem to jump right out in front of you? Picking up the bike is good practice......because you just never know!

    Specs??

I recall reading a CW mag stating they got a 12.6 out of it.

A regular chip Off the Ol' Block!
  7. Looks pretty Cool.......have to wait for the MotoGP site to update.
  8. He's got a Full Ride!.... That's him teamed up with Norick Abe.

    Strange Bikes

Sky-- There's actually a set of Training Wheels (if you will) on it.....just to stabilize it till it gets up to speed. He actually had to ride this thing on 2-wheels @ 60mph , to get it into the Guinness Book of Records as the World's Largest MotorBike.
  10. ....Wish I coulda seen this thing test, as it seems it already has, right in my own back yard (so 2 speak) ....... A sneak peak of the MotoCzysz C-1, the American MotoGP project led by the renowned architect and passionate racer Michael Czysz. The C-1 prototype features many innovative solutions like the 6X Flex fork, the 6X coaxial steering front suspension, a dual clutch system and the groundbreaking counter-revolution engine, which nearly eliminates gyroscopic and torque forces. The prototype already hit the track twice, at the Portland International Raceway and the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The development of the bike is still in its early days, but MotoCzysz hope to compete on the World stage in the future. I'd love to see what this Beast is all about.
  11. From what I've read......Corser also seems to be coming to terms with the Suzuki quite well, as the results are evident of.
  12. Some of those hit too close to home! .....but I like these the best.

  14. Not totally positive about the Divvy, but the older XJ's just slipped in with a clamp to seal it. There might be a metal gasket (a ring of sorts) that's inside where the downtubes slide in......if they're there, they sould be easily visible. HTH BTW.... to the Forum
  15. If the price & availability of a 160 is good......I'd go with it. Still plenty of rubber for the back end of your Cat.
  16. Oh yeah Yamaha Motor Italia.... & Yamaha Motor France.... It'll also be interesting to see how well Norick Abe does in SuperBike.

    Bloody Aussies

Unfortunately......he doesn't fly 'em......but he knows every last nut & bolt it takes to put one together .....as he's a Mechanic on one that does logging in their rain forests He tells me that the trees they cut down there, weigh a Helluva lot......soooooo dense from the moist climate, that the SkyCrane can only pick up 1 @ a time! .....& these are helicopters that can easily pick up a House!
  18. ...But @ least you won't have anymore frost-biten extremeties.

    Bloody Aussies

My brother's in Malaysia right now! ......fly's into KL every 3 weeks! He's probably out sweating his balls off trying to keep a SkyCrane helicopter in the air as I type this.

    GRAPHICS

Nice Work UrbanTiger! ......that looks sweet! Wish I could help with the location of some decals......Have you scoured Ebay?
  21. Zemke has really been coming around the last 2 years ..... I could see Roger Lee heading to MotoGP in the future......but it's really been pretty cool to see him & his older brother Tommy tearin' it up together, as they're teamates for the Kwak squad @ the present. Tommy is also a Helluva rider.....before the AMA made all the class changes, I recall seeing him on more than one occasion, winning 750 SuperSport races on a ZX6!
  22. Yep.....you need a good set of Hippo Hands.....may look funny on a 125, but @ least you'll still have thawed fingertips.
  23. I did the same thing once.....only I went square into a huge rock that was buried in their front yard......stopped abruptly!.......only got the bike a bit dirty was all.....but racked my nuts hard on the petrol tank! .....I was in a panic to get the bike started as I'd envisioned some mean old fart with a shotgun was gonna be out the front door, givin' me Hell for landing in his yard ......ended up being some long-haired hippie type with a smile on his face giving me hand in bump starting my flooded bike.
  24. Ducati has stepped up their program this year, from what I've heard...... & Hodgson is teamed with E-Boz.....Ben's younger brother, who's a Helluva rider......so he might pick up on a few pointers But on the flip side of that, they both are up against some seriously Crafty Veterans.......Mladin, Duhamel, etc........So who knows? Myself.....I've always thought Neil was the guy in the background (so 2 speak)......he's good, but doesn't have that champions edge. The AMA is scheduled to run some of their classes @ the MotoGP event this July.....which I should be @ It'll be interesting to see how he fairs against some of the Yank talent @ a track he loves.
