    Hi, New member here, but an old rider ! My '75 DT-250 jumps out of 3rd gear on acceleration. A Yamaha dealer told me if he "remembered correctly, there was some sort of detent for adjustment" behind the cover, but wasn't positive. I know I need a new clutch, as I am nearly maxxed on adjustment. But I would think that once it's in gear it shouldn't pop out, in spite of the clutch issue ? Can anyone shed any light or suggestions? I have recently moved and don't have the web at home yet, so doing a little Saturday research at work. Will be here for another 5 hours, would really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.
