i have read that the (s) came out then also but i have came across these http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/mcy/1634929471.html and http://www.r6-forum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=96351 so i guess that there maybe is a R6S in the older r6 bikes. all the bikes on the autotrader are all advertised as r6 and i wonder if any of them are r6s, i know people say there is not much differnce in them but i really want to make sure i get a r6 rather than a r6s from a private sale but have no idea how to tell the differnce

Heya guys i just passed my direct access course last week and am looking to buy my first bike, the r6 very soon about 2001-2002 model but i have a problem/question... after researhing about the r6 model i have came across the r6(s) model which i have read is not as good as the r6 and is more of a commuting bike than the r6? is there any way that i can tell the differnce between a r6 and r6s 2000-2002 models? as i dont want the r6s? i was looking at this bike on autotrader and was wondering is it a r6s ? http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201009353983782/sort/priceasc/usedbikes/model/yzf-r6/make/yamaha/quicksearch/true/postcode/dh50pb/radius/200/page/3?logcode=p sorry if this dont make much sense as im quite new to the biker scene but any help would be appreciated thanks..
