I have put restricter plates on the carb inlets on my 2000 r6 runs a dream and pulss all the way to 8k then runs out of steam roll on next year but no issues other than that.

probably just condensation mixed with the carbon in the exhaust would not panic untill you get it running and see if it dries out.

Hi have you checked all the basics 1 did you turn off the fuel cock i.e are you getting fuel in the cylinders 2 if yes to above are you indeed getiing a spark. i would start with these two first before going mad !!!

Hi i run a 2000 restricted R6 with 19k , to be honest from what people have said before i didi it its all lies, it starts runs fine, it pulls through the gears fantastic no hesitation no stumbling etc and sounds gorgeous with the scorpion exhaust, cant wait to de restrict it , but to be honest at 33bhp its still a beast and leave most things for dust, do it and enjoy it.
