I am just fitting the electrics on my XS650 chopper and am wondering what size battery I can get away with. There is no electric start, just lights and electronic ignition to run. I want a small battery to fit under the seat. I have seen some electric scooter batteries at 4Ah which are very compact sealed lead acid. What has anyone else used?

Hi, I have got an American imported XS650 with no paperwork and am wondering how to go about registering it in UK. I am trying to avoid going down the SVA route. Any help much appreciated. PS. I have been told that it can be done through an owner's club.
