bargain at 500 notes i gave 375 for my e reg with a full test and tax and new tyres and i thought i got a good deal.

mines an old one but a good one, e reg 1987 with 23000 mls on it when i bought it, does just about 70 well tucked up with the wind behind me, let me know if you find out about any mods that can be done thenks Collie

are your pads getting low? try some brake cleaner sprayed on to the pads disks etc, if not. maybe a small fragment of stone or pad or something has lodged in there just pull them off and have a look

My bike has a slight misfire at about 5000rpm, its electronic ignition, what could this be do i need a new plug or lead and coil or what thanks Peter

hi i have a 1988 rxs100 and it uses a 6v electrics. the other day my indicators started playing me up flashing too fast so i thought it was the relay swapped it still no better , check all bulbs and earthing connections, all seem fine do i need to rewire it or what please help me ta peter

Hi i have an 1987/8 e reg rxs 100 and was wondering if any other engines are a simple conversion, i just want to go to 125 really for a bit more go. or can any one give me some advice on how to get a bit more top end from it. i can get a good 60 on the flat but it i have to leather it on the hills to keep pace with the traffic. thanks Col

try leaning off air fuel the mixture by turning the screw on your carb,not the idle screw the other one. just do it a 1/4 turn at a time . then run it for a day to assess if its any better . remember to make a note of where you started from,

is it possible to convert my rsx100 from 6v to 12v i realise i need to swap bulbs battery relays do i need to change the wirng loom Or should i not bother. i only want to do it because the head and tail lights are piss poor is there anything i can do other than convert i was thinking of ultra high intensity LEDs on the tail which will run on 6v but dont know what to do about the front head light any help would be appriciated Thanks Pete

Hi just got me a bike to ride yam rxs 100 passed my cbt last week and just wanted to get ion the road a bit before i get a bigger bike after doing my DAS. anyone had any experience of these or can any one direct me to a forum tthat is more suited to small bikes Thanks Collie
