I know what ya mean NEV I'm not actually doing it up for my wee one,,,,, i just deceided i would do it up for the craic,,, dont know why,,,,just didnt want to see it being thrown away. Whatever i do with it, or whoever gets it im sure all my hard work will be ruined prity quickly by some youngfella going nuts and then dropping it on the street at the front door. But anyway not to worry,,,, while i have it,,it will look good and thats all that matters to me.

Hey NEV,,,, aye, i seen them. Ta for looking though. I also found a website where you can buy every single part for these wee bikes that you want. I'm thinkin of buying a new exhaust and new plastic's,,,,,, mainly because the plastic's are cheeper to buy than a tin of paint to spray my own ones, but even if i do ill still be giving them the chop to the way i want them.

What time a year ya goin ? Ya have plenty a storage space. Ya dont need much as ya wont wear half da stuff ya pack. Camping or not ? Reliable bike ? Do ya need tools ? Plan ur trip. I had one of these Foamy,,,,, they are a great bike,,,trully great. Take care on it,,, they are very fast,, not only in speed but in quick turning in on corners. They are very much race oriantated and dont like low revs,,,,, hence why there a bit dangerous,,,, you have ta ride hard to keep the bike happy. Thats a reall nice looker ya got there,,,,, i'm loving it. Take her handy ! ps did ya win the lottl ??????????

Adjust clutch cable at handle-bar, if that doesnt work adjust it at the gearbox side. After that, i wonder is there an adjustment on the clutch lifting arm inside gearbox on these bikes ??? Have you a manual ?? It could be the wrong oil that went into it like Morpheuz said. Its nothing to do with the chain. It does sound like clutch slip Sounds like you shouldnt try and take clutch out yourself,,,,,,, no offence ! Garage shouldnt charge that much !!! allthough i dont know how much.

Harley's are different though,,,,,, sur there like a big aul tractor If you put oil into your gearbox that doesn't have the letters JASO wrote on the container,,,,,,,, then your clutch will slip. You are right,,,its nothing to do with the quality of the oil and everything to do with friction additive's

Aye Dean,,, the Cat is a fine bike. Check the second gear "thing" when giving it hard throttle but also as you come off the throttle with the engine holding back. Then stay in second and Blip the throttle on and off a few times,,,,, if she doesnt jump out of gear or hit a false netural then she should be grand. Be on the right kinda road and dont go too mad,,,, 2nd gear is an easy 60mph Hope she turns out good for ya !

I've herd gel seats are good but you would want to be doing serious mile to justify one,,,,,,, ie. a lot of touring or sitting on the bike all day Thats my thaughts
