Fluid is pumping through when you bleed? Might pay to take caliper pistons right out and clean and then rub "smear" of red rubber grease round piston seals and pistons to ensure slidability of them.

Have you checked that the caliper pistons themselves aren't seized?

Hi there all.I have a pair of standard exhaust cans for a TDR 250 I'd consider selling.They are are in reasonable condition,used but no dents or holes.Let me know,Mick.

Not been in forum for ages so not sure if your still looking but had a TDR for about 10 yrs(not UP and running at the moment)but was a great runabout(and more) Was a great bike,I regularly changed the oil,plugs,etc had to change the pads,renew chain and sprockets but it had done 35000 miles but apart from that no probs with it at all.GREAT BIKE
