Anybody know how to get the ignition barrel out? Im having trouble. The steering lock is on if that makes any difference

Any idea how i get the barrel out? i looked at it and on both sides there are two little blue clips??

Hi everyone, my keys were in my jacket and the jacket was stolen from work. Bike is only a week old and so havent had a chance to get a spare cut (didn't come with one). What are my options? And does anyone know where I can find the key code. Many thanks
