Hey!!! give me a seccond. crap man. Ya I got one on the bench right now... What do you need or want to know about it? That is one bike I have all the answers to.

I could build my own but i'm really trying to go for the ones that look factory built... I would just like to see a dg emblem or gyt somewhere on them. This bike will mostly be for show once it's done.

I've got 6 bikes on the street with fiberglass tanks on them in Idaho right now. I couldn't imagine them being illegal anywhere. One thing about fiberglass is you need to watch the ethenol content because that crap will eat right through the resin. It completely destroyed the tank on my norton 750 commando.

So... I building a cafe racer using the frame from an as1, the motor out of a ycs1 and the fuel tank off of a g7. It's all yamaha so steeze points for me. It has up pipes on it and they go right through where I want to mount my rear sets. I would like to buy some gyt ones but they simply don't exist anymore and the ones that are out there are being horded like jew gold. I've got dibs on a set of dg chambers for a rd 125 but I would have to cut the head pipes off and adapt them to my cylinders.... Ideas on a better way?

The gyt kit was a factory upgrade kit that lasted till the early seventies. I know everything there is to know about the kits as far as twin streetbikes go but have no idea about the sleds.
