  1. should i just strap a big torch on the front?????????????? If it is just h4 bulbs then get down your local halfords and get some 100/80w bulbs... Or if your sure its an import spec headlight try tracking 1 down 2 see if its got reflectors in it. But if theyr h7's (hope your sittin down) priced them on evilbay and thy range from 9.70 upto 29.45 a pair!!!!! Although i did find this on that cursed site item no 350268503821.... dunno if any of that helps but u never know
  2. i've had the tank off mine a few times yet still forget how 2 put it back on lol, anyway i think if i remember rightly that there should be a thick hose which runs from the big outlet on the fuel tap bit at the bottom that goes to the middle of the carbs... The little one next to that i cant quite remember and its too cold 2 go out and check(damn snow!!!) hehe seriously though i know it has a thin hose connected 2 it. Theres another little nipple type bit right up inside the tank that u can see when u turn it upside down i think it's the breather for if you overfill the tank. And theres the wires to the fuel tap but they should be fairly obvious where they go. Sorry if its a bit long winded explanation but hope it helps oh and good luck with getting it back on... Btw what colour is your bike????

Alrite mate the blue spot calipers as i'm aware are the same dimensions no matter what they came of eg the space between the bolt holes are all the same... I think the only differences between some of the callipers is that some of them hace what appears to be a balnce pipe or something.. lol not quite sure what the little pipe does :S I've got a set on my foxeye 600 and they bolted on no problem, but i think if you've got the usd forks you'll need 2 modify the bottom of the fork with a grinder to make clearence for the front edge of the calliper... Hope this helps
