hi thanks 4 the reply but my dads had the carb to bits and he said he it was clear

hi i have a 2001 y reg yamaha sr 125. ive had for over 2 years it has 20.000 miles on the clock. Was running ok but since yesterday had trouble starting it and when i adventurele do if you dont keep the choke on or the thorttle it cuts out when you ride along and you go to stop and pull the clutch in you have to keep the throttle on other wise it cuts out when you have ticking over . we have checked the petrol tank for any bit's and stripped the carb down and that look's ok . it spark's ok and we ve change the spark plug too . any help with suggestions to get back to norm will be much appreciated thankyou.
