can anyone tell me where to find the VIN number on a yamaha xt125r thanks

was out on my bike this morning when all of a suddern the chain snapped, one of the links are baddly dammaged, was wondering if i drop the back wheel forward and take the bad link out and link it back together would that work? thanks in advance

So ive bought a yamy xt 125R ( cross county model ) and wondering is there any way in giving it a bit more power, as ive heard there is a mod for the DT model wich is to do with the speedo, wondering if there is any simalar mod for the xt models, any help would be much apreciated, thanks in advance,

i had a bandit 600, but i didnt leave the restrictor on , and got caught neumeras amouts of times, so i have to apply for my provisinal and take my test yet again baaaad times i know, and you say its the R model? that explains so much, im trying to get hold of the complete ignition switch/barrel, and a set of keys cause the switch i have is faulty,

my xt125x ignition barrel is completely nakered, and have to use a screwdriver to turn on the ignition, all the front casing is missing, so if anyone could give me a link perhaps to an online shop/store so i could buy a new barrel and a set of keys, that would be grate, thanks in advance

okay, my bike is a XT125X, i bought it yesterday and running fine, however, this morning i turned the key and nothing, none of the dash would light up, the neutral light wont light up, all it says is MPH on the dash, which does that anyway, also last night when it was running fine, the battery was showing 1 bar of life left, thats why it wouldnt electric start up, ive tried bumping it, and have tried kicking it up, still nothing. also cleaned the plug it might be an over night solution, becasue when i went to look at the bike it wouldnt run, but the next day kicked up first time, if anyone can shine some light on this problem it would be much apprecieated, thanks in advance.

i cleaned the plug and wiped it with emery cloth, still nothing, if push comes to shove il buy a new battery, il see if she decides to kick up tomorrow

awh great the top spead is road tested at 110km/h but ive had 128 this morning out of it, and still wanting to go for more, its a great run about and really fun and easy to drive, and thankss again
