Good to hear your bike is now all A1 and ready for the summer

I would go with oldgitonabike, it does sound like a link on the chain and what you hear and feel is the link rising on the rear sproket and then slipping on the teeth back down onto the sproket. Had the same thing on a ZZR a while back, maybe remove the chain a leave it in hot oil for a while.

Hello all, I've just bought myself a cheap run around, it has a custom paint job on the tank.... someone has painted by hand a beautiful lady on the tank of this Yamaha FJ1200 1993. Does anyone know who may have done it (Long shot I know) and has it ever been owned by someone here on the forum.
  6. I'm still coach driving Merv for a living, just plodding along really I'll have to send Scott a message and let him know I'm back
  7. Hi Merv, is Scott (Yamahead) still around? would be good to hear from him. Why doesn't Keef come here anymore? Did he get board??? Just good to be back in the forum and on two Yamaha wheels

You would think they would include something worth looking at? I still trying to recover from the £999 price tag on the web. I'm having Bridgestones fitted today for a much better price of £152.

Indeed Mervin, ATS fitting them tomorrow, just off now to take the wheels off the bike as they wont remove anymore, Health and F*cking safety, we ride bloody bikes, health and safety goes out the window every time we go out on the road because of knob car drivers

Can any one recommend a good place in Kent / Sussex area for tyres as some F*CK HEAD has slashed my front tyre Running Pirelli's at the moment but looking on the web they want £999 for both (Yeah like F*ck) 100/90-18 front and 120/90-18 rear, any help welcome. I'm getting both done as rear looks like it will need replacing soon anyway. THANK YOU
