HI. You could spray it with WD40 inside the thread leave it to soak in topping it every now and then. then try to turn it. is that donsnt work the get a screw driver and a hammer and try to smash it round. this will destroy your cap but a least you may get it off. hope this helps

hello. i have the same bike as you (just an earlier model) and doing the same thing. you can buy the a full gasket set off ebay for around £15. i hope this helps.

Hello i have bought a dt125 lc mk2. it was in pieces when i got it and i am putting it back together. could any one help me with the carb? i need to know where all the cables ext go. i have guessed where some of them go. also could any one point me in the direction of manual for it please.
