Is it possible to add a different top yoke and coventional bars to a TC for more upright riding

Hi Im 53 and use to upright riding Harley BMW TDM. I keep looking at thundercats reason, to say i've been there and done it before I get to old. What r they like are they too much on thr rists any comments please.
