  5. the Vin # can be found on the frame between the forks it is a 17 digit # hope this helps http://www.motoverse.com/tools/vin/yamaha.asp this is what it told me about my bike World region:Asia Manufactured in:Japan Year:1996 Make:Yamaha Model:XV535/S Body style:Road / Street Drive type:RWD Cylinders:2 Cylinders

(USA) after high school i got in to maritime fire fighting done that for 10 years after i left that i got into residential fire fighting EMS and hazmat op's been doing that for the last 12 years at this time a ride a 1996 xv 535

  9. that would be 102 CI (1670) some times thy round up and call it 1700
  10. don't know what a Harley shop charges but i do know Yamaha of southern IL charges $69 and hour i would guess it about the same at most shops
  11. as stated i got my specs from Yamaha http://www.starmotorcycles.com/star/produc...484/0/home.aspx the only 113 ci are the 2 Roadliner Stratoliner and the Raider
  12. here is the tire specs for both the use the same tires 140/90-15M/C 70H, xv 750 140/90-15 70S xv 535 so the rear wheel should fit
  13. that would be my guess take it in and have them cleaned and balanced
