If it aint starting on the button ... but starts with a push ..i think the battery might be goosed , not enough power to turn over + give u a decent spark... as for the oil check breathers prob got a block... it's a age thing.... lol as for torque settings type in fzr pdf file on google & u will get fzr oc has all you will need... failing that i could e-mail u the workshop manual

  3. i had the same problem last year when i bought mine ..... think it's like you predicted .... damp. i cleaned the plugs wd40 the ht caps fresh juice give it drying time in the sun ( ha ) ... started after a few minutes turning over.... run's sweet since.....
  4. we as in me & my FZR600... bought her last year ..... this is my 3'rd FZR now .Had a few yams since i started riding back in the 80's . so were better to log on to for help 'n' advice .. hope to be around a while
