My wheels were painted by dream machines and had the outer part diamond turned, they done an excellent job

Theres a lot of serious tuning involved to get the same lower end torque if you remove the exup valve though. Of course it can be done and some real gains made but the money needed prob best to buy a 1040 kit.

Well i got them all right Only because i have seen it before but to be honest the first time i actually got them ALL WRONG and now that was an achievement!!! Well actually cant say all wrong as i didnt answer the last one...

Good answer there R46 its what fits YOU so to speak. But i have to say i think the new Kwak sure makes the R6 look a bit dated

Just before you start stripping have you checked the plugs? probably not but they could be breaking down

Is it just the powder coating making them bigger or the actual casting?

90% chance it was the exup valve. Take off your lower fairing and the little metal cover that protects the cable mechanism on the exup valve. Then take off the cables, and turn it with a pair of plyers a few times whilst spraying with some silicon spray and this should sort it. If its not just the flap which is sticking, force some cable lube down the cables from the servo under the seat whilst the lower cables are still disconnected. And keep moving them in and out.
