RT1 Headlight Bulb replacement
Well guys....i have a new problem with my rebuild...i need to change the headlight bulb and cant figure out how to get it out. I had to take the glass lens out to get to the bulb and when I tried to pull it out...just the glass came out....the bulb body stayed in there. I doesnt seem to unscrew or anything. I mangled the bulb body trying to get it out and it wont come out. Do I have to replace the whole assembly where the bulb goes in or is it just the bulb that I can replace. If anyone has had to replace the bulb on their rt1 please let me know how to do it....Thanks!!!!!

RT1 360 clutch push rod help!!!
Okay guys, I have a 71 RT1 360 that I just got running after a 7 year slumber and a new top end but i cannot get the clutch to work properly. When I pull the lever the cable pulls up which turns the push rod actuator in and out. Now when I put it in gear and I pull the clutch lever, the clutch doesnt disengage so the bike can roll freely. I am not 100% sure on how to check this to make sure its working properly. If I take the clutch cover off and pull the clutch lever what should I see happening? What do I need to look for? Since the push rod is not moving am I damaging the push rod actuator when I pull the clutch lever? HELP!!!!!

Piston and Rings Replacement Help!!!!!
after measuring with a micrometer.....the inside diameter of the cylinder is 80.35mm and the piston is 80.15mm to 80.25 mm. So I am thinking that this piston is a .25os. Now I know that there needs to be about a .35 or less difference between cylinder wall and piston. Would it be safe to say that this is a .25os piston....i dont want to say the other guys are wrong but I dont want to purchase the wrong size piston ya know!!! Thanks

Piston and Rings Replacement Help!!!!!
Hey Guys, I have been rebuilding an RT1 360 for a while now and I am at the point of replacing the piston and rings. The cylinder wall looks good so I just want to put the same size piston and rings in but I am having trouble identifying the size of the piston. On the top of the piston, next to the arrow it has a #75 stamped in it. Opposite of that is #8025. Can anyone tell me if this is a standard (stock) piston or is it an oversized piston. Thanks!!!

1973 RT-1 360 Rebuild
Hey guys, I have just recieved a 1973 RT-1 360 that is in a rebuild stage. This bike was my fathers which he bought new in 73' and he passed away in 2005. So I am trying to restore this bike to working condition and it needs a ton of work. I am looking to replace a lot of the part with new ones, but I am having a hard time finding web sites that have what I need. For starters I need a new gas tank and a seat. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Kelley.
