I just had to rekindle this topic to say there is nothing wrong with yellow. Sorry for the big pic, but this is my 400D before it sold on scambay

Here's a guy in need of a lobotomy
  11. Bikes are fine till you bring cars into the equation, good rider or bad, the average Volvo driver (complete with flat cap and cataracts) will kill any biker without a second thought  I say waste them all  Stephen Kings new novel........... 'Volvo Cemetary' yes
  12. Nice beard and Tash Al
  13. RDly replied to Alex's topic in The Bar
Weebles wobble but they don't fall down perhaps you need to gain a few pounds to keep the bike on the road
  14. RDly replied to Alex's topic in The Bar
Herman was at my place tonight. Poor bike  Alex has shed loads of weight and replaced it with massive braces cos his trousers keep falling down It's no wonder he flipped it cos being a parts bin special it couldn't cope with the awkward load STOP PRESS He never ate any of my biscuits
  15. I have for sale a mint R1 in my imagination. It's fully loaded and needs nothing. I'm inviting any wanker from Africa to mail me without reading the text, offering me a bigger than required cheque and the change to be returned  Just who do these people think they are kidding :?: This a is a real prob on sites like Bikersweb, in fact ads are now appearing to spam the spammers. http://www.bikersweb.tv/classifieds/classi...query=retrieval Also strangely enough, all these scammers are on a web server 'Powered by Outblaze' Easy to spot but a real pain in the arse
  16. I have a Divvy600 and it's ok'ish. Not a sports bike by any stretch of the imagination but very comfortable. Things to watch are: Don't thrash it unless you want to replace shims every weekend. Look after the rear shock and stick heavier oil in the forks. The clutch rattle is normal and the release bearing wears quickly. Rumble at tickover is Carb balancing (as per Scotts answer) Vibration at 4,000 in top is a pain, you can help this by fitting a 400Divvy 46T rear sprocket to move the vibration. Catch the bus or train if you need to take a passenger, otherwise look after it and expect 50,000 miles with ease before any major surgery. KEEF.

Ok if I must.. here's my 600 Divvy. 1999 with only 10,850 miles. It was a category D write off and only needed a new rear light !! £10 from ebay and it's now MOT'd taxed and on the road Then there's the RD400, wayhay.............. nuff said 8)
  18. Right click over the image Steve and select 'Properties' then copy the link and paste it into the topic: The URL for your piccie is: http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid9...4f/fa1a77c2.jpg Just place the image brackets after the URL and all will be revealed. KEEF.
  19. You got the / in the wrong pair of brackets. and you left out the http:// also the link was incomplete. KEEF
  20. You first need somewhere to host the photo Glen. I use AOL as I unfortunately use there shite service, but it gives me 20mb of space. First I upload the photo to my server space, then I copy the address (URL) and paste it between the image brackets So a photo of my RD would have a URL of: http://hometown.aol.co.uk/Keithcov/frontleft.JPG But between the img brackets appears as........................... Hope this helps  KEEF
  21. Fred you must be joking  Incidentally, I looked better than you on the R1-Z I bet it's a bit bendy without the engine in place, just don't sit on it
