dt125 exhaust
I think Milne means a Big One exhaust. You can't earth/ground the wire under the headlight cowl on the 2001 model either Conner, thats the 04> model DT125RE/X bikes. There are some CDI mods around but they are risky and depend on the part number on your CDI more than the year of the bike. You can move the reed switch out of the way though (it's in the clocks), which will take the 60 mp/h restriction off. See OG's thread on De-restricting his DTR for more info. The easiest and cheapest mod you can do, is to remove the exhaust restriction, (again see OG'd thread) and also make sure the power valve is set correctly. Link to OG's thread http://www.yamahaclu...ting-my-dt125r/ , quite a read but worth it imo. HTH Vez.

2-Stroke meet - Squires cafe
I say good luck to you. Squires is the west end of the B1222, the way google suggests would take you along alot of A+B roads for 5-10 miles, or Junction 42 will take you along 1 A road and 1 B road for about 2 miles.

2-Stroke meet - Squires cafe
Junction 42. left onto A63 (back under the motorway) right onto B1222 to Newthorp. Squires is on the B1222 so you cant miss it.

There is nothing like the smell or 2-stroke in the morning . Well it looks like it was the rushing that caused it go on wrong, went on first time this morning No alignment issues and looks nice if i do say so myself. Time for a test ride

Stolen Bike, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE
Good to hear you will get your bike back WhiteXT, hope its not too badly damaged. Vez. When you report a bike stolen they ask you if you want the police to recover it at a cost or if you would like to be informed of the whereabouts to arrange the collection yourself if the bike is found.

why has my post been removed
Yes it was probably because you are not a full member, them are the rules. This site runs at a loss. and if you think £5 for 3 years membership is excessive, you sir are a tight ass.

Oh, what a shop front!!
Closest i can think off, i had just finished rebuilding my DTR after it was off the road for 3 years, all new shiny plastics, stickers, powder coated frame etc. i was really pleased with myself. Wheeling it out of the back door for the first time i slipped and weight pulled me and the bike against a rough stone wall, scuffed the front mudguard, radiator scoop and rear panel without even getting 20ft. I can still hear the neighbors laughing at me. Picked it up and wheeled it back into the house as quick as i could .
