cheers mate managed to fix it buy pinching some brushes from an old motor and luckily they fitted lol cheers any way

wooooooooo sorted managed to pull a old motor apart and pinch the bushes out of it and luckly they fitted im over the moon now and on a plus side it starts better cheers for help paul

how do i go about getting them fixed any help much appreciated

got the starter motor off now and yes you was rite about it being the bushes how do i got about replacing them

yea right pain in the rear have to take fly wheel cover off then fly wheel its self then starter gear etc all those things to get off just so i can undo 1 bolt i think that it is rubbish design really

true but i still carnt get it out yet lol

does any 1 have a spare starter motor for a 2006 dt125re

its definetly my starter motor as nothing happens when i bridge it but i carnt even get the starter off now lol

how do you remove the fly wheel off i have got the nut and washer off eventually but i cant get the actual flywheel off now it looks like it unscrews off but ive tried it so i got my pulley device on it but i carnt get it to stay on because of the daft shape at the back its not flat more domed any help appreciated

checked them all and they all fine dont suppose you have any other suggestions

hi guys when i switch the ignition on and then press the electric start button it just clicks i have stripped it down and found it is clicking from the coil what does this mean please help
