1993 YZF750R
Welcome to the forum camdyl. DOnt own this particular bike but I resprayed a CBR 900 at one point from its original Red and whiute colours to Honda "Vivid Blue". It is a really bright rich and slightly perlescent colour that would catch evrybodies eye. Most paint shiops would be able to either buy it of mix it. Just a thought.

morphus maintenance
Right mate. First of all does the mark disappear under water? If so it will flat out using some 2000 grit wet and dry and some compound. If it doesn't is it a mark that is on the surface like paint from amother bike etc. This will flat off aswell using the above. If it is a scratch get some paint and touch it in with a fine artists brush. Allow it to dry put some more in and repeat until the scratch has filled up. Allow it to dry properly for a couple of days then flat and compound it out. Note that you have to be very careful flatting out this sort of damage as it is easy to go through the laquer. I sprayed the front fender on my R6 today and the laquer had colour in it, this makes it easier to flat back as there is more to ontop of the body work. Hope this helps. PS welcome to the forum mate. Regards

Globe of Death...
I heard that the SAS used similar techniques with hostage rescue training. Using live rounds they would storm the building with a VIP in it as the hostage and shoot targets around the room. The VIP/hostage would have to stay still or get shot. Unfortunately one time one VIP got so scared and they mover by about 1/2 an inch and took a slug. Now they can't use live hostages.

1999 r6 tires . Help
Been talking to some bikers from around my flat and aparently the michelin pilot power 2ct's are meant to be the don. Apparently whenh put on Rossi's bike they were only 4 seconds a lap slowetr than normal racing tyres. Thats grip for ya esp on a road tyre. Not sure if they will fit a R6 though. Will look into it. Just Applied for....
It depends on the age of the car. Modern ones are pretty much all 4 pots enless they are an extremely cheap and small cars. Saying that I think the latest Porches have 8 pots.

Wind....!!
Wind will always be there to keep you honest. The other week I did the length of the M27 having to lean into the wind. Can be hairy. Regards Robbie

Just Applied for....
Basically tom the more pots ther are the stronger the brake as each pot can exert a greater pressure on the pad. The one's on that bike are sick bearing in mind most cars only have 4 pot and sports models may get 6.
