im not one for these old bike but i have to say that i do actuly realy like ures find it strange the fact its older than me lol

hi my system is the stock system but the rest of the bike is prety much modded inc paintwork

if you can see where its comming from under the fram if its an over flow then it will be ablack ruber pipe thats just dangaling down with anthoter black pipe(fule over flow) if not then you have a leak in the system posibly a hole in the rez or rad

should get more than 40mph from doing that lol probs about 45mph i got 55mph out of myn from adding after market wxhaust and lighter rolers tuffer cluch springs and up jetting buy 5 sizes can/have hit 62mph down hill ohh and also make sure you are not cdi restricted

well if its the side stand switch then as soon as its put in to gear is stalls but if it runs for a bit then stall its somthing else and it sounds like the gear box has gone have you tried kicking it up to 5th so see if the problem remains if so i think you will have to have the gear box striped

ye thats just stupid because my moped look like a bike and you have ure feet out bord but dosent have any gears so handels just like a bike so what test would i do ???? (if i was doing it on a moped that is) just dosent make sence that 1 its over the 30mph speed limmit and 2 its diforent for what bike ure on

found out that mopeds only have to do it at 20mph so i have to do it 10mph faster that sux ass my moped does 50mph and most do so the test is also flawed in that sence as well

tinter web all the way get a aftermarket echaust but it will need the rolers fiting buy a michanic but shouldet cost much

ye was out yesterday and did a cople of emergancy stops and was good aparently but i was on a bike with drum breaks :| so they were prety crap just going to try and role if i come off and will consider taking action against them for puting me in unnesosary danger just for thefun off it

i would sujest remove the batery charge it using bike charger remove cdi leav it in house to dry out then plug it all back in and give it another go and also try cleaning the HT leads sorry never had one but they are all problem i had when i had a 50cc

well the best bet is ride it flat out all the time XD jokes you could try and get some carb cleaner and cean the carb out but it sounds like it needs a new air filter to level out the rich running or you could get a standard air filter and buy some new standard size jets for the carb just to make sure it hasent been upjeted to much check all oil mixture settings or do you have to pre mix the oil with the fule

kinda look as thogh its suposed to go in to the whole in the square ish black box with the whole in it just guessing thogh you could try and find a haynes manual for ure bike and have a look ahh and was wondering how fast does it go ?? on second thorghts i think it might be for ither a secndary air filter or for a boost bottle
