Not familiar with the bike, but if you log onto the cmsnl.com website, find the correct page for the bike, they may have the drawing for that section

Good point. When we had proper winters in the 60s, I dont recall ever not getting to work in the car and the roads weren't gritted, nor were the hedgerows and ditches filled with cars like today Nor did they shut the chuffin schools, we were told to take a change of shoes n socks Has the country gone soft in the head?

    £600 for a 2001 model, sounds like a bargain
  22. Id sugest ringing a Yam main dealer, they wont have the part Im certain, but they will have the part number, make sure you get it, that then allows you to search yourself. I searched high and low for a parts manual for the xvs125 and never came up with it. Cross reference the part number with the number for the same part on the virago 125/250. The 250 is 2uj-13586-00-00 I think
  23. She'll never reach that bog roll at her age

Fix any damage and get it back up and running. Use it to learn maintenance, get into the good habits reqd to keep it roadworthy and you safe. Pass your test, get a bigger bike, maintain the good habits, pass the draggie onto to someone else for the same purpose (preferably without bobbing/chopping etc)

Wood pigeons are one of the species that appear to be ever increasing in number. Used to clear my bird atble in minutes before I modded it to exclude them. and no time for grey squirrels either, tree rats
