from a quick google - ' its difficult to remove rear wheel.' Might help if you read the noobie section and introduced yourself

I wouldn't advise relying on noise for safety. I doubt it makes any difference to the plonker that is going to have you off your bike. There is also the fatigue that you will suffer from the noise unless you wear earplugs. DID YOU HEAR WHAT I SAID?
  5. Check/clean/secure all 'earth' connections first off.
  6. Look around the forum - there are lots of people like you, no intro, asking for help. The best advice, which most don't take, is if you want it to be faster get a bigger bike.
  7. I don't think they have a timer for servicing - it would have to be on a chip linked to date, with a separate mini battery, as the mileometer is 'clockwork'. A dealer has never serviced my bike since I had it and I have had no lights on. Check cable connections to everything.
  8. Like TM I suspect that the number who never have and never will far outweighs those who have, or will.
  9. Not you Up - your opinions are always thoughtful and well considered - the happy chappy
  10. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions - it's just that his were rubbish :-)

  15. Yes you are very new, so probably best to start at the very beginning.
  16. Hole to drain condensation from the pipes.
  17. You can't ride it even if it is restricted, before you have passed your test. Suggest you read the rules about tests and bikes.
  18. Take it back to the shop - it is under warranty
  19. Sure it's not the way you're riding it? Other than that - no idea. But had you considered introducing yourself before just joining and asking a question. Haven't even completed your profile. Hope you get it fixed but don't hold your breath. cheers Peter
  20. Hello Having had 31 views (and rising) you might want to consider why there have been no replies and then read the pinned item at the top of this forum. Having read it and maybe posted a bit more than Hi and maybe include where you are in your profile - you could also look at the other parts of the forum where a question such as yours might reasonably be expected to get an answer. Hope this helps Peter

So you can look through a viewfinder and ride at the same time? Only joking. It may take a bit of trial and error to get the mount position sorted. But even a camera with a viewfider can move on its mount
  22. PeterC replied to Mallory1's topic in General
A good tip Mallory is to ask/get the dealer to fit it as part of the sale of the bike. Most will not want to loose a sale for £170 and they chuck the labour in free. I got mine free this way. I realise this is too late for you now.
  23. You asked in your original post 'can i get it restricted to ride on a CBT until I pass my Theory and my DA? ' And I think you got a reasonable answer.
