Hi.... hope everyone is ok... could anyone help me with the Yamaha Paint code for the metallic blue used on the 2008 (with gold wheels) R6?... I want to get my Arai painted the same colours as my bike but I haven't had the time to dig out and search for code numbers, any one help? many thanks!!!

over the last few months I have tried the new Bridgestone BT-016, on my old 07 (RIP) and also on my new 08/09 and all I can say is incredible, I actually called Bridgestone UK to compliment them on what a brilliant tyre they are, and being 48 years old and about as cynical as you can pretty much get, thats no mean task! I usually ride either Pirelli, or Metzler sportec M3's, have used BT-014's, Avon Vipers, Dunlop Qualifier RR's and in my opinion these BT-016's beat them all ..in ALL conditions, I was actually so surprised at the ride quality I pulled over and kicked them to make sure I didnt have a flat! Dual compound front tyre and triple compound rear tyre. They inspire so much confidence its breath taking and cornering?.... bloody awesome..... longevity? on the new bike 1500 miles and still going strong....

totally agree with ChrisW I have ridden both on test rides and concur, I do feel very strongly that all anyone needs is a 600cc hyper, you can ride it to 80% of its potential...maybe?...the R1? maybe 60% if your very lucky and always you will be disappointed. why buy all that technology and only use 60%?
