Hey guys where in the world can I get a after market power pipe for my Yamaha DT400C 1976 model?

On Yamaha DT400c 1976 In brisbane Australia Where can I get some of the original Silver paint on the front & rear mudguard, headlight etc.

I've bought a old Pre 1974 DT250 with the vin no DT1F/122057 on the steering head. I'm having trouble Id this bike.
