Ford Prefect

Managed to pick up a bloody great nail in my rear tyre the other day so im goner replace both the tyres on my 750 as the fronts nearly worn as well. Does anyone have a recomendation whats good to put on these bikes,im not bothered about milage just want em nice and sticky

My bike has developed a electrical fault,the lights wont work most of the time and if they do work then the indicators stop working so does the nautral light and there seems to be a clicking sound coming from around the battery area some times I know sod all about electrics so im loth to mess with em does any one have any idea what this could be ?. Hi im new here and ive just bought a YZF 750 R which has covered 43000 miles and is in very good condition and has been serviced well by previous owners.The bike goes realy well but I dont know anything about these machines so can anyone tell me what the common faults to look out for are on them and how long should the engines last on these as well. Thort id better say hello to everybody on here im new to this forum and new to owning Yamaha motorcycles ive just bought a 1993 YZF 750 R and a very impresive bit of kit it is as well after riding a GS1000 before this bike (brakes that work ). Trev
