  1. went last Friday, and it was a blast. Its a really tight track and the FZ didn't steer very well Got overtaken by everyone and his dog, but then I've never been on the track before. upshot is, I've dropped the forks 17mm to tighten up the steering and its helped. The crmc boys drop theirs a lot more I'll try the charity one next on the 12th July
  2. well I got my ticket, hopefully Tommy can make it and the weather will be kind. A few 2 strokers off the 2 stroke forum are going

use a vernier caliper at the adjuster to rear of swingarm and match them up either side. If you are really not sure about the correct slack in chain, just make sure you do it at its titest spot (then dab some tippex on there for future, also handy for oiling so you don't over oil chain) there is a gadet out there called tension monkey or summat like that, google it

my first idea would be the battery amps too low, then maybe the splines are worn on the starter? starter bearings gone?

    rail guns are better
  9. well done, only ride as far as you can see, but watch for side roads especially. Cars find it hard to judge your speed I always ride with a "get out" in case it goes pear shaped in front. ie keep checking mirror and plan an escape route where you can ride through without a collision. (even if its a path)

  14. there's a knack to do 'em too. Need soaking in water for a few hours and wear gloves as they are as itchy as Fook. start from the engine and work your way down not more that 1/2 width (gets tricky on bends) did my tracker and they still look good and "lived in"
  15. locking this down, posting the same question multiple times does not a happy forum make
