  13. or float height has changed. try running some fuel cleaning additive through the tank to see if it helps
  14. what i meant was take up the slack and feel a little resistance, then swing. some folk just put a foot on the kick and wack it through putting undue strain on the system. the cg125 i got had a snapped kicker.

  17. not as bad as OG's toe incident
  18. never had any probs with mine except for wear on the spindle. a lot of riders jab at the kickstart which will put an undue strain asthe slack gets taken up. I'm sure if its done properly there would be no issues. maybe a previous owner misused it? not sure about the hvc stuff, but very expensive!!
  19. I've read this 5 times and I can't quite get what you are saying!!
  20. Absolutely terrifying NZ road safety notice that oozes blood whenever it rains. ">" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="873" height="525">
  21. if the floats drop into the bowl and are not fouled in any way, the ideal height will be 3mm from top of gasket when full of fuel. i think you need to experiment with the float heights. So to answer your other question, no, the floats would not just drop in without some sort of tang bending. I hope the floats you got are able to do that as some floats are fixed for a particular carb!! 34mm is the venturi nearest the engine.
  22. bravo Fabiamo. benvenuto e YOC drewps
