Christian after 56 posts, you are a bit late as for 4 stroke race clubs what about early stocks?

support the slide on wood and get your quality driver ibn there and give a few taps with a yack hammer. hopefully that will shift it. other wise you may need to resort to using an impact driver

size is usually stamped on the front top. nothing there means standard bore

the R in the plug designation means resistor type. yamaha service manual says; BP-7es NGK or N7Y champion they are always have a little post screwed onto the top, which needs to be removed before installing the plug caps which are rated @ 10Kohms
