  2. About the Game Goat Simulator is the latest in goat simulation technology, bringing next-gen goat simulation to YOU. You no longer have to fantasize about being a goat, your dreams have finally come true! WASD to write history. Gameplay-wise, Goat Simulator is all about causing as much destruction as you possibly can as a goat. It has been compared to an old-school skating game, except instead of being a skater, you're a goat, and instead of doing tricks, you wreck stuff. Destroy things with style, such as doing a backflip while headbutting a bucket through a window, and you'll earn even more points! Or you could just give Steam Workshop a spin and create your own goats, levels, missions, and more! When it comes to goats, not even the sky is the limit, as you can probably just bug through it and crash the game. Disclaimer: Goat Simulator is a completely stupid game and, to be honest, you should probably spend your money on something else, such as a hula hoop, a pile of bricks, or maybe pool your money together with your friends and buy a real goat. Key Features *You can be a goat *Get points for wrecking stuff - brag to your friends that you're the alpha goat *Steam Workshop support - make your own goats, levels, missions, game modes, and more! *MILLIONS OF BUGS! We're only eliminating the crash-bugs, everything else is hilarious and we're keeping it *In-game physics that spazz out all the time *Seriously look at that goat's neck *You can be a goat

  7. which one is it? # 37 http://www.cmsnl.com/yamaha-xs400-2f-1979_model8711/partslist/E-03.html#results or #10 http://www.pgmyamaha.com/1a1-25377-00.html
  8. FF for that. I'd keep checking the bike through the year anyway, so when it comes to MOT time, there will be little to do. I do my checking when I wash them, i ride fairly aggressively so I need it to be in top condition
  9. what a day, brilliant. took the Gilera out to Lymm Dam about 40 miles in all. Bike ran a dream and glad I had that front brake too Terry Waite's local church in the background BTW

  16. coming to Steam this Tuesday
  17. the issue I have with these, you can't ping them to check tension/breakage

well I rechecked the contacts and they were closed up slightly so re-gapped, then redid the timing as it was too retarded. WOW, It flies now and the ugly duckling is now a very fine swan indeed! no bogging, clutch is slipping again as the new found power comes in and the vibration is a lot better too! happy days. I also helped a work colleagues lad to tune up his sr125 as it was dire. bled the brakes, stripped and cleaned the carb and dialled it in, did the valves, air in tyres, chain lubed and tightened. he took a great interest in doing ita nd was a pleasure seeing him get something out of the day. The bike now runs like a dream and stops like one too
  19. that would be nice on a middleweight twin
  20. after market needles are slightly longer than original, so the floats will need adjusting. (via the tang)

vibration not really too bad, but I didn't have it before. if you have a certain amount of volume which is compressed by the piston, surely introducing more vaporised fuel with the same air will cause more of it to compress thus increase compression? Standard carb is 12mm i have a 19mm in thanks Cal

I've been jetting the engine the past 2 weeks in between the rain drops, and finally got the slow jet dialled in but the mains are driving me crazy. So far I went with a 95 and rode that a few miles and it went fine although a little slow. dropped it to a 92 and it ran like shit, so I upped to a 98 and that was a lot better. Got meself another jet kit and went for a 102 and it was a different beasty. the issue is it now vibrates, having no experience with Gilera's I wonder if I have too much fuel in there and its increasing the compression ratio or its normal and thats the was a 40 year old moped does! I'll recheck the timing (although I've used a dial gauge for tdc) and try a plug chop. but these modern fuels skew the results as the plug looked fine at 98! thoughts? ( about this and not random things)

    £350? a good price

I use 40:1 which is 125ml to 5 litres of fuel. as for checking, I would start with the owner, ask him her how long they've had it, any issues, what needs doing to it then check condition and mot's, servicing (who does it) then onto the bike; wheels, ensure spokes all ping etc, then brakes, feel and pad thickness. Frame is it straight , undented ( pressed steel I think, so check for rot near the battery compartment) then start engine, listen for knocking, leaks etc. then a test ride and see how it performs. I'd get breakdown cover along with your insurance (usually in with it for bikes) then if above done, your sorted
