Hi ya Beef, did you get that workshop idea off the ground?
-
if its a Contact No Contact switch it can be used although it would look nicer if you had a push button. plenty of stainless /marine ones out there which will survive being out in the rain.
-
we're not going to bail you out taxes will be higher there too I recon unless its declared a tax free haven for businesses.

FJ1200 3CV changed front pads - now brakes like shit
drewpy replied to DutchFJ1200's topic in Yamaha Workshop
cheap pads are real crap. I got some cheapies for my car and they never wore down! all the wear took place on the disks they were that hard. changed them for Brembo disks and OEM pads -
this is the part of the forum where you say hello and we reciprocate if you want to pursue your inquiry, please start a thread in the appropriate headings (suggest sports bike) its a diversion BTW

wear undergarments, layered clothing is better than one thick one. use that visor spray inside the helmet visor as it will steam up real quick. heated grips are good too if you have the amps

good job, but did you try NRP carbs?
-
well the auction came and went and the idiots paid £700 for it. No mention of the bent forks etc either
-
I had some 10w already and decided to try it. racing on smooth tarmac is a bit different than these pot holed roads I traverse. I believe an early r6 shock fits the FZ chassis but may need the spring uprated due to the way the link system works.

Genital tap, you got rocks for balls then?
-
only if he asks, but he can do it himself too!
-
need a multimeter and the specs(ohms) for testing. that's the only way its done.
-
well I did a mix 5 oz of 10w and 6 0z of 20w, runs a dream and nice and taught front end, which now lets down the rear shock
