I used JRS to clean my carbs (ultrasonic after strip down) as you say there are loads of tiny holes which ultrasonics will shift.

did the hubs meself in PJ1 satin black. spokes are off vintage101 on ebay and they were free as he didn't have the specs for his catalogue. This was the first time I ever laced wheels, so I'm dead chuffed I did it (only took 15 mins each wheel) I am bottling the tentioning though as I know a guy in warrington who is a top wheel builder (does the teams in the Manx TT etc)

YAY, got my rims back from triple S today and laced them to my refurbed hubs. Looks the dogs this is for my flat tracker project you never know might get it on the road next year!!

just painting engine cases in the kitchen and curing it in the oven right now. missus gone balistic and the house now reaks of paint. It'll all be worth it.....................

same engine, just do them anualy and keep the oil clean. might be bucket and shims (not too sure on the dohc)

get yourself a manual, as it will list all regular maintenance jobs and give you an idea what your in for!!

decals = sunrise graphics and yamaha still have some, depends on the model. try yamaha for the o ring www.motoward.co.uk etc part # 93210-88324 4.1-87.8 mm
