if its a spoked wheel, you can get a new rim laced onto the hub. try central wheel, brum or wyldes in leeds

light white smoke
from the exhaust it could be flooding of the carb. mine did/still does that,(another job on the to do list) burnt oil is blue in colour. there realy should be a seal around the header as no smoke should be comming out there, so i would get new gaskets.

I wonder if the headlamp relay is faulty and causing a drain on the electrics?

the "hanging" of revs is down to gummed fuel in the pilot system, you may be able to tweek the pilot screw richer.

use thread lock, normally the bolts already have the thread lock on then like this

Broke my kickstarter yesterday.
what i meant was take up the slack and feel a little resistance, then swing. some folk just put a foot on the kick and wack it through putting undue strain on the system. the cg125 i got had a snapped kicker.
