to the forum Al. I likes the 600's when finances and other half are in alignment I might go get me one. nice bikes and the kwacker must have cost a bit to restore as the NOS prices are high
  2. looks good, but its a computer generated image. prob last 5 mins in blighty's world with the salt and shit on the roads
  3. personally i would have ditched the indicators and used smaller ones elswhere or use a handlebar mounted set which show fore and aft. you could have cut away the back bridge/seat support and cut away the plastic inner guard so you have a flatter base to work from, that way you could have put an aftermarket seat and be able to put your battery in there!! the seat you have made looks more comfy than the standard aftermarket ones and you have done a great job there mate. have you thought of using an xs750 tank for the cafe look. there is one on youtube and looks the dogs. well done so far keep it up drewps BTW i think you can file the foam with a rasp file

  16. aye, got fed up of looking like a grandad much more macho now (or not!)
  17. to the forum Devine I suppose standard 2 stroke tuning techniques, lightening the bike of all superfloues fittings and up grading suspension, tyres and brakes! its a matter of how far and how much you do yourself to keep the budget down! Personally I'd go for sticky rubber, progressive front springs with 15 - 20w oil (depending on body weight), rear hagon dampers, homemade rear sets, ace bars and better brake material. you can always go round corners flat out drewps
