  1. don't like that Nikkon, although it looks like it has 16" wheels which will be good news for the Fz600 for new tyres
  2. use a timesert or helicoil for spark plug thread, in fact do both at the same time as it makes better engineering sense for the get go.
  3. you will have to provide some tension to the chain or it will jump. if it does jump, just feed the chain around the cam sprocket till it lines up again you may be a ble to retap the cam thread if the bolt sheard, only by looking will it be aparant

  11. got very severe pains in lower abdomen, so much i hyper ventilated and had to be carried into A&E as lost use of arms and legs. got given codine phosphate which I reacted to, so pretty grim weekend. went to docs and got some meds to open wee tubes to get them pesky stones out. Still awaiting hospital to phone for an appointment (I'm not hopeful)
  12. clutch is slipping, then grabbing. You need either to find out what oil is in there as the PO may have put car oil in which ruins the clutch plates, or change the oil completly. if that fails then you'll need to get to the clutch, first get a clutch cover gasket, you'll need one unles the pO has coated a previous one with grease before fitting. you won't need to dump the oil, just leave the bike on its side stand. I assume you know your way round motorcycles?
