Torque Wrench
I'm with Kev on this, halfords socket sets are ace, I've had mine 15 years and they get whacked with a lump hammer and still perfik. I'm of the opinion, the job comes before the tool.

Kh125
Cynic brought back memories of my KH125 I had in Devon and brought back to Manchester (after a crash) As I have a new printer, copier scanner thingumabob, I thought I'd share these pikkies with you! In Combe Martin where I lived in Devon. Its the blue one with my mates X7 and his son's MBX50 After he crash I rebuilt it and sray canned the paint on and made up some graphics (this was the late 80's mind) the pin striping was done by hand with a roll of pinstripe, just eyed it up and that's what I ended up with. nice flat paint.

thanks mate got that site along with auto electric supplies, electrex world, farnell, Vehicle wiring products, holden electrical, auto electrical components and Kojay cat. nothing really solves the first problem. there must be something out there! thinking like a flat bulkhead connector, but there's no corresponding female one!

2 stroke running?
Just remembered taking my practicle test on a '79 kh125, 4 stroked below 30mph and that was a pain. Luckily it was before the accompanied ride, so once out of eye sight, I gave it some welly. I'm sure the assessor knew, chug chug past him, then out of sight and a wail of revs (had a micron pipe fitted) and blue smoke only to come back roung 10 secs later chug chugging along had one of those wired disk brakes which were crap, good job the rear drum worked must find a pikky of that....

Thinking about wiring the tracker now and have accessed all the electrical sites, but want to pick your brain cells. I need to find a low profile connector for the reg/rectifier. ATM they are in 2 parts, but it would be great if I could wire it with 1 x 9 pin connector which can be fixed to the ally plate within the frame. Any ideas? what would be the thickest wire i would need, I'm thinking 2mm for ignition and reg/rect. any ideas? also thinking of replacing the original connectors with waterproof ones, but there are loads out there, what do i need to choose the right ones. prob only talking 4 or 5 connectors Any ideas? having to put in relays, but they have no mouinting tabs. The only way i can think of mounting them is to cut closed cell foam and build a "nest" for them. Any other ideas? plenty there to be on with, come on peeps, talk to me
