With a fully charged new battery, the reg rectifier won't affect the sparks as its for charging purposes.

it will make a difference if you don't get the correct bore. what does your M/C look like?

nah, I've taken out flush suds by arc welding a nut over the nut hole and stud end. The alloy was never affected in all 4 that I have done. why did you buy exhaust studs from Italy? stainless Steve does them and you can find him at Stafford end April (you are going aren't you?) take a list and parts book if you have never been before

love the way the rotor and prop unfold

threading the spokes is fairly straight forward, I used you-tube to do mine. its truing them up that I bottled it and sent them to Bill the wheel.

I was more concerned him being a peedo. good old Sid Davis from wiki.. "His films cover topics such as Driver_safety, Cannabis, Gang_warfare and Live and Learn(1956), a fairly famous Davis film, features Jill cutting out Paper dolls in her room. When her father comes home she jumps up to greet him, trips on the carpet, and impales herself on the scissors. Other children in the film are equally unlucky—falling off cliffs, being run over by cars, or losing vision in one eye from flying shards of glass."

Dumb shit I've done since getting my bike
drewpy replied to Grouch's topic in Dual Sport, Offroad Bikes
I'm always leaving my keys in the ignition. went to Stafford last year and searched my pockets and could i find those keys?. Went to the bike and someone had taken them and left a note they were at the reception. So another mile trek and the knob head at reception was a smart arse asking what was the key number etc and there was a charge blah blah!. I just wanted to go home not be some butt of this person's smug joke. got them in the end, but was not happy! -
wish you all a happy Easter and don't eat too many eggs! Drewps

turned out nice, well done

you need to check the bore of your original and the bore of the R6 M/C. they need to match to get the correct feel to the brakes. the bore is usually cast on the M/C.

I think it's worth keeping as smaller CC bikes are becoming sought after, especially 2 strokes. not much difference to the rd except for twin carbs and front brake i think.
