rewired the rear of the bike and not too soon either. The fuses fell apart and the PO (not Paul) used those silly blue connectors instead of solder and Jap spade connectors. Also the suspension bush finally arrived today (from Japan) and I rebuilt/fitted the suspension. Yay is moves now went for a little spin and seems to run OK considering its been outside for 3 months. now to get it MOT'd and 6 months Tax and use it a bit and see what else needs doing before it comes off again for a rebuild. special form/shape stainless screws?
I've just had a nut made/delivered for £4.30 and it wasn't correct when i got it, so will have to wait another 2 weeks for him to get his finger out and confirm that they made a mistake. The worst phone manners and poorest customer service I have ever had to endure too not even taken my phone number to phone me back.

Jet pushbike - anyone fancy a project?
I looked into making a pulse jet, but i can't weld stainless. the swedes used to use R/C minature delta planes with them attached but at over 200 mph they were effectivly uninsurable for public diplays

Excessive petrol use?
the air is not as dense in hot weather so you need to open the throttle more to get the fuel in. Also fuel expands when warm so always fill up early morning/ late at night.
