bloody hell unk, some work there. I have a load of bits I don't want and you can have them for free if you fancy a trip to drewpy towers in Manchester? I have already given some stuff away but, when you are doing up a bike, you never know what you may need!

  17. sounds like immobiliser failure. When the key hasn't been coded it usually starts but won't rev and just misfires. If the wrong key has been coded or the immobiliser has failed it will get a few sparks that allow it to run but then they misfire and eventually spark at the completely wrong time. This will keep repeating as you keep cranking the engine over. could be the above taken from; http://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?p=1991241
  18. hopefully it will be sunny for us too

  23. My dad was never good at mechanical things, but my uncle was into all the things I loved, bikes, RC planes etc so when he took me out on his ex-police 650 triumph, I always wanted to ride a bike from then on. my first bike was from Venture scouts, they were throwing away a cd175, so I sort of did it up and even got it going with very minimal tools. after that I got a kh125 and passed my tests on that and that we say, is history
