Hello is there anyone out there that can explain how to adjust the oil pump output. I seem to be getting way to much oil to the cylinder. Oil leaking at exhaust port. Need to cut back pump output. Any help would be great. Thanks Enduro360rt1

If anyone knows what type and size fuse goes between the positive lead and the rectifier. It would be a big help. 6 volt system. My schematic dosn't show fuse size. Thanks

Hello all, my question is what kind of gasket material is used in the exhaust collar that bolts to the cylinder head. Anyones help would be fantastic. Thanks

  6. I currently have the Clymer Yamaha 250-400cc Piston Port 1968-1976 service- repair- maintenance manual and the Yamaha Enduros CD Manual. These are both great for info but not clear on shifter cam position upon rebuild. My quest for more information continues. Thank you both oldgitonabike and Twin shock for replying.

Hello, I saw the reference to Yamalube. We use this oil in Canada. Great stuff for oil pump induction systems on the RT1's.

Hello Yamaha fans, I'm new here so be kind. Currently I have a RT1 360 engine in pieces, ready to put back together. Does the shifter cam need to be in a certain position before the engine halves are sealed together? Also what is the shift pattern for this transmisson? If anyone has lots of knowledge about this particular Yamaha, please give me as much info as possible. Thanks mudjammedfender 1973 YAMAHA 360 RT1 ENDURO
