Can i ask a general question? I am trying to drain the bottom tank on a 1990 xv535 The drain plug wont budge, if i disconnect the hose from the carburettor that is attached to the fuel pump, and apply a constant 12volt source across the fuel pump, will the pump continuously pump out the fuel, or will it act as normal and work for five seconds before it shuts off?
