    XT600 Head Gasket Replacement

    Hi I'm replacing the head gasket on my '98 XT600 and wanted to check whether I can use the T mark on the flywheel which is TDC for timing the camshaft. The manual assumes you'll have the whole engine in bits and referrs to aligning the dot on the camchain drive sprocket with a mark on the case. The problem of course is that this is all behind the flywheel and I dont really want to have to remove the left hand cover and flywheel to get access. CHeers Karl
