Hi I have a '97 535s (17,000 miles) that is running like a pig just now. Seems very rattly - I've checked the tappets and they are within tolerances. But it is the general running that is the problem. Now, I've looked at the diaphragms and they are not at all perished/holed etc. HOWEVER - are the diaphragm rubbers supposed to be bonded to the slides? Mine are not and could easily be removed - a sort of push fit.... Is this my problem? Thank you for any assistance you can give. Steve

Hi. I've been searching the net for some brown saddlebags to match the seat on my '97 535S. Anyone any idea where I might find some?? Also, can anyone recommend a windscreen? Cheers

Hi Another newbie here. Just passed me test and went for a 535s too. Been out for the first time today- 10 miles and got right up to 50mph........ It's a lot different to the ER5 I learned on - I'll wobble on a bit more. Cheers Steve
