oh they do much more... but you see, most good things in large doses can be bad, so my overwhelming charm can sometimes be dangerous, so i usually stay quiet and let the DT bring in the babes that's my story, and im sticking to it!

nah i dont bother getting stuff like that online any more, postage is too expensive and i can probably pick some up at halfrauds for under £5. but what weight should i use? 10w?, 5w?

usually peds are restricted by means of a washer behind the variator to prevent it opening fully... im assuming this is what you've found?, if so this needs to be removed and should give a moderate increase to top-end speed, there will also probably be a few more restrictions such as the air intake and the exhaust manifold which need to be removed for more power

i only ever tend to do them going up the box at low revs (in slow-moving traffic, for example), otherwise i do use the clutch especially on downshifts as the DT does like to lock the back wheel if i drop down with the revs too high (very good engine brake)

last time my dealer lied to me i ended up with a bag of flour and £10 out of pocket

reminds me of bringing the DT back from bristol just after id got it, my dad looked at the speedometer and said "We're doing 90, its probably as fast as that DT has ever been in its life" its true aswell... :\

ah its not so bad, my old man never rides much anyway only about 3 or 4 days in a year, he has a beautiful CBR900 RR (Urban tiger version with the kick ass paintjob) that hasn't been out of the garage for a year! , ive tried persuading him to let me ride it after ive thrown the jawa down the road a few times but he is somewhat reluctant
