  1. I wasn't aware you accepted the offer! Besides, i now have a missus foamy ^.^, finally someone i actually want to cuddle after the badonka-donk is done, if she survives until squires then i will be sharing a tent with her anyway
  2. Latest pics peeps, have also bought a used front wheel with good chrome to replace the crappy chrome that was on the old one, looks real sweet now Only 3 days left on auction, bid high peeps!
  3. 19.... 83 ish i think judging by the frame number, i picked up another DT50 last night which will serve as a donor bike, was working on it today and it now has both brakes, switchgear, a clutch that works, a straight set of handlebars, rear mudguard, a proper seat and a light cowling, going to need to make another wiring loom for it though. gave it a few laps over on the back of the airfield, its so much fun XD
  4. i could think of more thrilling things to do with bippos ass, but thats another thread completely!

Saves all the castle of having to load up all the stuff you've sold, find a space in the hungerford high street and wait in the line at the post office for an hour, even better when I'm at work because I can just leave the boxes in the guardroom for the courier to collect
  6. If you're running a carb that is set up for a 70cc but with a 50cc engine it will be overfueling, resulting in the lack of power, check the colour of your spark plug, should be a chocolatey brown colour on the end although i suspect yours is running rich so it may look black and sooty

I refuse to use royal mail, they lost a laptop i sold and then when i submitted a claims form they lost that aswell!, i wrote them a snotty letter and never heard back from them, so i assume they dont want my custom any more myHermes or CityLink all the way, not only is it cheaper (i sent a swingarm, carb and shock absorber for about £7, RM would have wanted twice that) but much less hastle, just put your item in a box, stick a label on it and wait for the courier to pick it up, its all tracked aswell so if your buyer says "oh i havent recieved it yet" you can log in online, enter the tracking number and say "well it says its been delivered at 09:15 this morning... check again"

initial listing fees is what they charge you to put the listing on in the first place, for my SR i advertised it for £375 to start and eBay charged me £13. final value is what you actually get for it, say for example somebody bids my bike up to £500 and it sells at that price, eBay will want 10% percent of the final value of the bike (the final bid) up to a maximum of £75, so if my bike were to sell for £500, eBay would take £50 plus my initial £13, robbing bastards if you ask me, but its much easier
  9. Awh, cheers guys, all donations go to SERV so its a worthwhile cause
  10. I am not crude! ... Just a bit abrupt But then again, you navy boys are too easy to wind up anyway
  11. Theres a slight difference when your ass is inches from the ground!
  12. i know i couldnt tax my DT50 for 6 months because it was such a low cost, but my fireblade and XJ600 both had options for 6 months O.o
  13. Atleast your priorities are in order bud!
  14. I could never do that! this little bike has made me realise just how fun 50ccs can be XD, we had the little fucker going around the go-kart track, was okay until i slipped off and stuffed the bike into the tyrewall, it hurt my knee then one of the other guys tried pulling a wheelie on it and ended up flipping it over, then the exhaust manifold split but there are plenty of spare pipes at the club . very fun little bike, there are a couple of other bikes that are nearly ready to run, also i forgot to take pictures Best of all its free, I think i will call it Foamys Alternative Racing Toy, or F.A.R.T for short
  15. thats probably the easiest get-out-of-jail-free card for any insurance/claims company,
  16. There's more than one use for a runway when you're on the airfield out of hours
  17. well the old man has a lathe/mill and ive got some cylinder hones, so i dont see why i couldnt bore it out, would need a bigger piston though. ive been using a drill to start it as it was sat for about a year or so, but seems okay now , going to paint it in fireblade urban tiger colours
  18. Hiya peeps Basically ive been tasking with sorting out 5 or 6 mini motos which were used at the RAF Cosford kart club until the previous IC lost interest in them, most of which are complete and look barely used with several boxes of spares aswell, in return i will be allowed to keep one of them, but compared to a fireblade it seems a bit shite So i ask the question... what can i do to a 50cc two-smoker to get more power out of it?, im looking at things i can do myself at relatively cheap cost to make it as rapid as possible (not too bothered if it blows up, its just a toy). ill get some pics after work, its such a cute thing with its little purple fairing
  19. Hold an event for the YOC Members, invite them over for a BBQ/drinks and in exchange we help you tear the XT engine apart/swap the engines over, then when that's sorted we all go for a rideout on some of the wonderfull yorkie roads
  20. Few too many miles on the clock for my liking, looks like it might be a handfull too :/
  21. Yeah... you're gonna be waiting a while buddy, great british summer eh? XD
  22. Usually soccer moms who drive blacked-out SUVS to keep their wonderfull little rosey-cheeked shit machines safe. claimed many a mirror on the XJ and a couple on the blade, if you catch them at the lights with a window open it is possible to remove the mirror and hand it back to them before making good your escape
  23. I.... dont understand... :| pretty cool vid, but why replace the stuff inside with other stuff?...
