Well, whilst you lot are out having fun I am stood in the middle of an airfield searching Joe publics cars for bombs, immigrants, drugs e.t.c. Sleeping in a tent in 30' heat, 12 hours a night for another week, highlight of my day was having some tidy blonde with a tiny skirt on spend half an hour trying to open her car bonnet... Mental image saved for later

Caustic soda bud if a tanker is carrying more than a certain weight of it in a dilution it has to be labeled as hazardous put a piece of marble (similar to the construction of a tooth) into a little pot of cola and it should disolve it within a couple of days.

Its Hungerford dude, full of grockels, particularly if you are on the east side of the high street, those of us that have attempted to make the jump to civilisation are on the other side! The down gate pub is nice for a shandy and a spot of dinner in the evening on your way home, lovely scenery on days like today too Alternatively there's the three swans (technically a hotel but with a restaurant), Tutti Pole tea room down by the bridge (must be claiming the state pension to enter), what was formerly The Three Cooks opposite the newsagent but has no seating inside, or the kebab shop down by the river. choices are limited in hungerford dude :/

usually frost/cold damage that does them in... my charger wont recognise a completely flat battery, sometimes i have to connect another battery in parallel for a few minutes just to get it to recognise there is a battery there, but if your bike was running and charging it should put atleast some charge in the battery. put a voltmeter on it and measure the voltage drop over a 12 hour window

Ohhh, i know exactly what you mean now. What you need is a clockwise-threaded kinipity pin, dont expect it to be cheap or easy to find though, due to the centremongrel forces acting upon it Yamaha had to make it from Unobtanium alloy

plaster it everywhere you can bud, local church bulletin board, newspapers, ring around local garages to see if they have had a vehicle matching that description with the damage you describe in for bodywork, someone will rat them out.
